At Penfield Central School District, we believe that open communication and public access to District information is a way to strengthen our community partnership.

In recent months, our District has seen a notable increase in Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests. We view this civic engagement as an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to the care we take to foster innovative student learning. To ensure that all community members have equal access to public information, we have created this webpage to host fulfilled FOIL requests and released records.

Moving forward, as requests are completed, public documents will be posted directly to this repository for anyone to review. By making these records readily available to everyone simultaneously, we hope to save community members time, reduce duplicate requests, and maintain an open window into District operations.
