Penfield Boys Basketball and FIRST Robotics Team, Rolling Thunder, bring home major awards!

Penfield Central School District is among the more than 157 school districts and BOCES in New York State to receive the Utica National Insurance Group’s School Safety Excellence Award for 2026.

With large floor-to-ceiling windows, bright lights, colorful displays of books, and comfortable, modular furniture, it’s easy to see why students flock to Penfield High School’s redesigned library.

At Community Design Day participants had a chance to envision the priorities and strategies critical to the strategic plan’s success. 

Students at Penfield Central School District will have the opportunity to explore their career interests and meet with industry leaders in emerging fields during the Community Partnership Fair!
