Big Moves for Penfield Tech Services
Led by Adam Saylor, Help Desk Assistant, this dedicated group provides technology support and repairs to students throughout the school day. The Student Help Desk isn’t just about fixing devices; it’s also a hands-on learning opportunity. A team of student workers assists with troubleshooting and repairs, gaining valuable real-world experience in tech support while serving their peers.
The new location makes service even more convenient. Students can now walk up to the Help Desk window directly from the hallway, streamlining the process and saving time. Mr. Saylor and his team are already making the most of their new home.
Meanwhile, the former temporary Student Help Desk space in Room C19 has a new occupant, Stephanie Marsh, Director of Student Accountability, Data, & Technology. These moves mark an exciting chapter for Penfield Tech Services as they continue to grow and innovate in support of our students and staff.
