Penfield Central School District’s Community Schools initiative is designed to organize District and Local resources around the needs of the whole child. Acting as a collaborative bridge between our schools and the broader community, the Community Schools model ensures that students and families have seamless access to essential opportunities, care, and support.

While we are in the developmental and research based year zero, our goal is to help connect families to:

• Individualized Support: Each child and family is unique, assistance to help navigate challenges.
